Feedback Strategies
I read How to craft constructive feedback article and it talked about two things that people who express there selfs want that is someone who is a witness and mirror. The three things that can help you do this is one observe, two describe, and three suggest. I believe this is the best way to go about giving feedback not like most people do were they only tell you what you have done wrong and don't help you improve in any way. I feel confident about going people feedback I just don't know if my feedback is very helpful. If I had strategy I could recommend this would be pretty close to it because I focus on how best to can help that person improve. When it comes to giving useful feedback I would like to improve on how I can give better feedback so the reader can improve with what I suggest.

Hey Timothy, I agree with your stance on feedback. I think the article and how you think feedback should be given is smart because it helps show the person you have thoroughly read through there worka and are giving productive feedback that will benefit them. Well Timothy I look forward to reading ypour future works in this class and I hope any feedback I give will help benefit. Good luck on your future assignments.
