As a student you get a lot of feedback thats just part of the process but the most productive feedback experience I remember was recently in my speech class last semester. The teacher gave feedback on what areas we can improve on as well as what we did good and should continue to do. The most negative feedback I had is when a teacher just said what I did wrong without explaining in detail on how I could improve it. The kind of feedback that help me grow was verbal combined with something visual which helps me understand something the most and quickest.
